So I just got this item in the mail today and I've been wearing it all day. I've just been doing daily activities and whatnot in it and boy does it make you sweat. I am more on the heavy side and I was afaid that it wouldn't fit me. I had to zip it up on the first zipper and then slide it over my head to get it on. It's not too tight and I can wear cute, smaller clothes and I look GOOD! lol. I gave it 4 stars cause I was looking forward to the blue one in the picture but I got the tanish one. No big deal though... It's doing it's job no matter what color it is.

Great for getting rid of water around belly

My trainer recommended this belt and boy does it work...I work out a lot but had puffiness around my tummy and it helped reduce the bloating...I won swimsuit competition in my local competition!!

really works

this product really works i have lost alot off my waist and belly and i had this product for about a month now and i really thought this will never fit or work because i was chucky in the belly part but the first day i got i could only put it on the first part after a week of wearing it i was able to put it on the second zipper and about 2 more weeks of wearing it i have to say i am on the third zipper i love it and i am able to wear jeans with no problem no love hanging i can't wait to try a swim suit i am taking baby steps i not ready for the b just yet until i am i will be able to say the whole word with pride LOL

Too Small

If you are a big girl as myself don't get it. It will not fit. I am a size 20 and it did not fit.

Every meal I ate I bloated. I understand you should bloat a little when you eat but this was as if I was allergic to the food and my stomach would swell exaggeratedly. I have tried pills to help with my weight and nothing. It does make you SWEAT. I've been using it for 2 days now and I could notice a chnage. When I eat I don't get bloaty anymore :3 That's good enough for me. The reason why I give it four stars though is because like one other review, it isn't as pictured. The one shipped to me was a tannish color with only 3 zipper, not four like the picture. Other than that I would highly recommend it.
