Magic Circle is Magical!!!
I ordered the Pilates Magic Circle at the suggestion of my physical therapist. Originally, the Circle was to strengthen my core as I've been experiencing chronic back and neck pain for months. After a few weeks of PT and using the Circle for various work-outs, I decided to try the full Pilates work-out DVD that came with it. It is amazing to me that I can work my entire body with only the use of this simple Magic Circle! I feel stronger, more balanced, and actually enjoy working out daily in the comfort of my own home!! To me, the Magic Circle truly is MAGICAL!magic circle magic
Using this magic circle at home is a good addition to my pilates classes I take. Easy to use while I watch TV and effective for building muscle strength.Love my Magic Circle

If you like Isometric and Pilates type excercises it is a great tool. Small lightweight and easy to transport. If you workout in your home it is worth the investment.Magic Circle works great!
The magic circle works great. The DVD is a good start, but not an actual workout video.Keyword : yoga
